  I would've loved coming here, but since I had a fantastic experience at a different Banfield location it was hard not to expect the same incredible service. Some of the employees here have been rude, unhelpful, and negative attitude and uninviting composure. On almost every visit I have been left standing there without a welcome or hold on a second while they finish up whatever they're doing on the computer. I'm the last to judge because I understand they could be having a rough day but that this happens every time really makes me question this place. The veterinarian that has helped me has also been very unhelpful in any advice she's given me. I do come there with any questions about my pets but anything I present her answers are always short or like a whatever try this and sees if it works and it's just not helpful and feels like me having questions is a bother. Another thing an incident happened where my debit card cancelled and I didn't know Banfield was on it and I never got an email or letter saying that it was collecting over drafts. Finalling visiting after 2 months I took my next visit to find out I had racked up debt. That's not what I'm mad about, what I'm mad about is when I asked questions about it they basically lied to me saying I didn't have to pay it that day and said I can still do the appointment. (May I also add I did mention I only can afford an appointment or the debt for that day not both) after the appointment the total was $200 >:( I was confused so I asked the girl to cancel that and show me a list of why I owed all this money....... She then rolled her eyes at me..... And I understand work is work but I didn't want to come across as a troubling customer but that was just rude. They apologized for lying in the beginning but I was still upset I felt almost cond. Again I wouldn't be complaining if I had nothing to compare this too and knowing another location was so much greater I thought something needed to be said and hopefully if any staff sees this to take it with a grain of salt that something there is just not working. Anyone wanting to come here just because I had this experience doesn't mean you will too... Just take this place with a grain of salt, because this could happen to you.
