- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed in my experience with grooming here. Brought in my dog for a haircut and found out after I picked her up that I was charged an additional $7 for extra care. However, nobody let me know what happened or why I was charged. Never have had an issue at any of the other PetSmart locations that I have brought my dog to. Also, once I got home, I noticed several cuts all over her body as well as several spots that were either missed or significantly shorter. It looks like a stripe down her chest was used with a much shorter blade. I am very disappointed in how uneven she is all over and how many cuts she has on her body.November 24, 2016by Eric Jackson
