- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a merchant mariner that experienced tooth pain on a ship. I visited Dr. Stephen Shannon office for the issue. Being that i will be on the vessel for a few months, he wrote a refill on a controlled medication. I discovered that was illegal and could not be filled by the pharmacist.(at walgreens less than 3 mins away) I contacted the dentist and informed him that the prescription needs to be written correctly. He responded "I'm already at home and we just have to hope for the best". Not to mention i was in an enormous amount of pain, especially after he applied pressure to the painful area. There was another gentleman there that was at the office who provide information and education on the dental options. He was the most helpful. However if you are looking for a dentist with the lack of integrity, he's the man!November 09, 2017by Ste Tay
