  Awesome staff! Was in a ton of pain. Diagnosed with kidney stones. They did everything they could to comfort me, took xrays, shot for pain & even got a call the next morning to check on me! I can't say enough. This will always be my #1 stop. Thank you Dr. Bice & the great staff. Can't thank you enough.

  I definitely recommend Coastal Urgent Care it was great service from start to finish! I showed up today not only sick but was having trouble breathing and was a little freaked out. I had terrible experience at the urgent care on Lee / highland was treated very poorly, and overcharged basically left a very sour taste for urgent care services. I looked at all the urgent care reviews in town went to Coastal the place was spotless very clean, the staff was very polite professional, and funny. took my insurance with no hassle very nice at the front desk. Everyone worked together as a good team I didn't wait long my whole visit maybe took 1 hr that's with chest ex rays and I had filled out paper work. Dr Williams really listened and I absolutely trusted him and his team I felt very comfortable and everyone was really great! Definitely go to Coastal Urgent care !
